This beautiful stone constructed house is located close to the pretty historical village of St Vincent Rive d’Olt, 18km west of Cahors,and enjoys magnificent panoramic views over the Lot Valley.

Completely rebuilt and renovated throughout, using high quality materials local to the region, it offers spacious accommodation for up to 10 people with every comfort for modern living. The interior is light and airy, yet retains all of the original charm of the region.

Large groups will benefit from the space required for enjoying communal living, yet will also find privacy to enjoy quiet activities both indoors and out.

Ideal for 2 or 3 families, it has 3 double bedrooms + 1 twin bedroom + 2 small ‘tower’ rooms suitable for older children, 2 bathrooms and 2 x W.C.

The large living room, with impressive fireplace, is light and airy with high ceilings and has direct access to the garden and outdoor dining terrace. The well-equipped kitchen, (washing machine, dishwasher etc.) is conveniently located next to the living room with its own access to the outdoor dining terrace, shaded for comfort.

Outdoors

The private ‘natural, biologique’ swimming pool (aprox 10mx4m) is a feature in itself. It is located close to the house and is surrounded by a security fence, for safety.
Outdoor equipment includes BBQ, sun loungers, outdoor dining furniture and comfortable seating.
Parking for up to 5 cars in designated parking area below the house.

The Local Area

Conveniently located within easy reach of the pretty town of Luzech, with its impressive tower, for local shops, restaurants and market day.
The beautiful and bustling, historic wine producing town of Cahors, with its cathedral and colourful markets, is also just a short drive away (approx. 20 mins). Bursting with activity during the summer months, with music festivals, traditional markets, museums, cafes, shops and restaurants. Its famous landmark Valentré Bridge sits impressively over the River Lot.

Many of Frances 'plus beau villages' are within easy reach, especially the medieval St-Cirq-Lapopie, which spectacularly overhangs the River Lot. Ideally located for river and many other outdoor activities.
