After a 2 year long renovation project, this beautiful French rural retreat, deep in the heart of the Lot countryside, is now ready to open her doors and welcome guests.

Located 10 minutes drive from the local village of TERROU, where there is a bakery and local Auberge restaurant, and 15 minutes from the beautiful market town of ST CERE, for a choice of bars, restaurants and shops.

The property is a renovated 19th Century farmhouse, refurbished to an exceptionally high standard by the English owners, who have your comfort and enjoyment in mind.

The main entrance is up a few steps to the front balcony, and into the main Living Area with dining for 8, comfortable TV sitting area, and modern kitchen, with all appliances.

First impressions are that of space and airiness, with white washed walls and open spaces.

The Local Area

Close to the pretty, rural village of TERROU, (with its popular local restaurant and boulangerie. SERENITY is a short 15 mins drive to the town of St CERE for a choice of bars, restaurants and shops. There is a local market twice a month. Bread is available in the neighbouring village of TERROU.  The historic medieval town of Figeac is approx. 30 mins drive with its bustling Saturday market, as well as many delightful shops and restaurants. Very conveniently located for easy access to many tourist spots, activities and places of interest, eg Rocamadour, Gouffre de Padirac, Cahors, St Cirq-Lapopie and is an ideal base for visiting the Lot, Dordogne and Célé river valleys for a choice of many activities.
