Situated at the end of a country lane, La Grange is surrounded by open countryside but is just a 5 minute walk into the local village of Lacapelle Marival, with its local amenities and bi-weekly colourful market. Converted to a superior standard, it sleeps up to 7 people.

Main entrance leads into large open plan living area with modern kitchen to the rear. . Access through large double patio doors onto raised dining balcony with gas BBQ/plancher, dining for 8 and casual seating to relax and enjoy the sunset views over the pool and local countryside.

The interior has a spacious sitting area with Smart TV, UK Satellite, DVD player. Bluetooth speaker. Large extendable dining table seating up to 12.

Open plan kitchen with gas cooker, dishwasher, fridge freezer, microwave, coffee 'station', breakfast bar with high bar stool seating for 2.

Bedroom 1. Double bed. French windows opening onto open decked terrace.

Local Area

On the edge of the picturesque village of Lacapelle Marival, (host to 2022 Tour de France) La Grange is just a short walk from all local amenities. The local shops, including two boulangeries, butcher, post office, pharmacy, grocery store, newsagent, supermarket, banks and restaurants are all a within easy reach. There is a local market twice a month. A short drive away is the medieval town of Figeac with its bustling Saturday market, as well as many delightful shops and restaurants. Very easy access to many tourist spots, activities and places of interest, eg. Rocamadour, Gouffre de Padirac, Cahors, St Cirq-Lapopie. An ideal base for visiting the Lot, Dordogne and Célé river valleys for a choice of many activities.
