Carefully restored to retain many original features, Bo et Chou is a 19th century traditional Quercy village cottage full of character and charm. It is located in the heart of the very pretty village of Theminettes and consists of the main house with 2 bedrooms, sleeping up to 6.

Property Description

Bo et Chou is ideal for couples or family groups with 4 children or older teenagers/ young adults, sharing a dorm style bedroom.  The house consists of 2 bedrooms, one ground floor double, and one upstairs ‘dormitory’ with 4 single beds for children/teenagers sharing. The shower room/w.c. is located on the ground floor.

Ideally located within easy access to local towns of Lacapelle Marival, Gramat and Figeac for all local amenities.

The grounds of the property are access by stone steps up onto a paved terrace and garden.
Entrance to the house is from the garden terrace into the ground floor kitchen, fully equipped with gas cooker, fridge/freezer, microwave etc. Through to original beamed dining room with its impressive original ‘cheminee’ open fire place. Large dining table seating 8.

Local Area

Ideally located for easy access to a number of villages and towns, Bo et Chou is within 10 minutes drive from the local towns of Lacapelle Marival and Gramat, for all local amenities, bakeries, supermarkets (with fuel) and banks etc. Closest bakeries are at Le Bourg or Assier.

The beautiful medieval town of Figeac is approximately half an hour drive away with its bustling Saturday market and choice of museums, cafes, shops and restaurants. Many of Frances 'plus beaux villages' are within easy reach, especially the stunning  St-Cirq-Lapopie, which spectacularly overhangs the River Lot. Ideally located for many outdoor activities eg canoeing, horse riding, fishing, walking and cycling.
