Bel Air consists of 2 self contained gites, L'Oustal and L'Oustalou, nestling amongst woodlands overlooking the beautiful Causse de Quercy close to the hamlet of Le Bouyssou. During August, both properties are rented as one unit to parties of 6-8. Within 10 minutes drive from the small market town of Lacapelle Marival for all amenities, bars, restaurants, supermarkets etc or 20 minutes from the beautiful medieval town of Figeac. Within easy reach of the many local tourist and beauty spots. Private secured pool. Sleeps 6-8+cot.

Property Description

These former farm buildings provide modern and comfortable accommodation within a secluded setting of a specialist language school. During the periods when the school is closed, the accommodation is available to rent as independent holiday accommodation. Both properties have been converted to an exceptionally high standard, creating bright and airy accommodation for couples sharing or small family units. The English owners live discreetly on site, far enough to allow complete privacy, but are always available for help or advice if required. During August, both properties are rented as one unit to parties of 6-8 (+cot).

Kitchenette: Equipped with, kettle, toaster, microwave, fridge/freezer, coffee machine.

Local Area

Within a short drive to the centre of the small town of Lacapelle Marival with local bars, restaurants, 2 bakeries, post office and 2 general stores and well stocked supermarket and banks. The medieval town of Figeac is approx 20 mins drive away, with its bustling Saturday market, as well as many delightful shops, bars and restaurants and also wide choice of supermarkets and hypermarket.
Very easy access to many tourist spots, activities and places of interest, eg Rocamadour, Cahors, St Cirq-Lapopie. An ideal base for visiting the Lot, Célé and Dordogne river valleys for a choice of many river activities.
