Within walking distance of the centre of the village of Livernon with local bars, 2 restaurants, bakery, post office and general store, and within easy reach of many local tourist and beauty spots. A short drive will take you to the town of Lacapelle Marival, for wider choice of shops/supermarket and banks. The medieval town of Figeac is approx 20 mins drive away, with its bustling Saturday market, as well as many delightful shops, bars and restaurants and also wide choice of supermarkets and hypermarket. Very easy access to many tourist spots, activities and places of interest, eg Rocamadour, Cahors, St Cirq-Lapopie. An ideal base for visiting the Lot, Celé and Dordogne river valleys for a choice of many river activities.
