“Superbly relaxing stay at a truly wonderful property that we felt typifies everything good about the French way of life! Idyllic countryside location yet near enough to the many picturesque towns and villages of this very unspoilt area. We loved the décor of the house, simple yet tasteful and very easy on the eye. The outdoor facilities were definitely the most attractive feature. Quite a rare find for a house for couples – a beautifully finished and quite sizeable pool and not one but two sitting out areas to choose from, both with lovely views over the gardens, swimming pool and the neighbouring fields

Just to say how delighted we were with The Cottage.  It was spotlessly clean and had all the facilities you could wish for.  Wonderful location and fabulous pool and garden.  Everyone was so helpful – all in all a super holiday.    

 The Cottage was very nice and we made ourselves at home quickly. Everything you need is there and the pool was lovely. The gardens were also nice and the quietness was just what we were looking for. The owner was helpful and clearly on hand some of the time if we needed him. We enjoyed the tranquility and area and would definitely return to this area and the cottage again.”

The Cottage is a very pretty detached 1 bedroom stone built gîte, ideal for couples. It is completely self contained with open plan kitchenette/living/dining room.

Set  in the Célé valley 10 minutes from the beautiful medieval market town of Figeac for all shopping and a selection of bars and restaurants.

The historic medieval town of Figeac is approx. 10mins drive with it’s bustling Saturday market, as well as many delightful shops and restaurants. Very conveniently located for easy access to many tourist spots, activities and places of interest, eg Rocamadour, Gouffre de Padirac, Cahors, St Cirque Lapopie and is an ideal base for visiting the Lot, Dordogne and Célé river valleys for a choice of many activities.
